We bought a house just 5 months ago. My husband got let go from his job and is struggling to find a job in this area. We are not originally from this state, we moved 2 years ago and thought everything is going well until he lost that job. He earns more than me and is the main provider. We are thinking of going back to the original state we came from but worried about how we can sell the house without equity and having to pay commissions. We could try and save as much as we can and sell some stuff but I’m not sure that we can gather the funds. Is there anything that we can do to sell the house without having to pay too much?
We bought the house for $265,000 for reference and we live in rural east TN.
