Ms. Shelly is a phenomenal, trustworthy, and reliable realtor with an unmatched work ethic. She went above and beyond for me as an out-of-state service member during our buy in 2024, and proved her dedication years later when major issues arose. I will definitely work with her again! Review: After closing on our home in October 2024, I discovered in 2025 that the seller’s escrow company had failed to process my mobile home title transfer with the state (HCD). Being stationed out of state, I was constantly dodged by escrow and unable to get legal help. When I reached out to Ms. Shelly in March 2026 just asking for attorney recommendations, she immediately stepped in to take care of it personally—free of charge. She tracked down lost documents, dealt directly with the HCD, and physically ran between offices to resolve the escrow company's mistakes. Ms. Shelly’s commitment to her clients doesn't end at closing. She is a true advocate and an exceptional professional. Highest recommendation possible!

I had a house in Orange for 20 years that I needed to sell…fast! I had gotten deep in debt and needed a quick sale. I interviewed a lot of R.E. agents in a very short time. Shelly was so much more impressive for her knowledge and confidence that it was a clear choice. Because of my circumstances, I needed my house to go into escrow in 30 days! Shelly took on the challenge. We used up all 30 days but we opened escrow in that time. There were numerous challenges but I had made the right choice to go with Shelly. She got the job done.
