Neighbors priced their house super high, and I want to do the same.

I know Zestimates aren’t real, but my neighbor just put his little house on the market for 80k over the Zillow estimate. I’ve been thinking about selling mine for a year now, and have been worried I wouldn’t get what I want for it. I want to now put mine on the market for significantly lower than the Zestimate and a tad lower than what my neighbor wants for his house. My house and yard are bigger than the neighbor’s house, and we have made basically the same updates (roof, windows, electrical). They were both built around the same time.

I feel like my neighbor set the bar stupidly high, and as a result, I will be able to sell mine for the price I need. Is this a silly idea?
