We (sellers) have our closing coming up in a week. We have a bunch of potted flowers/plants that we would like to bring to our next home, but are not sure if we can take them or not. They aren’t listed in the agreement anywhere and since they technically aren’t planted in the ground, I would assume that they are considered a decor piece. Thoughts?
