Bought 5bedroom SFH for almost $680k and now listed for $750k. We have put a lot of work into the house (maybe around $60k) and house looks completely different. Our agent says it is very fairly priced
Been on market for just over a week with 1 showing and 8 people who came to open house. One potential buyer has now seen the house twice and spent 45 minutes each time. They don’t seem to be in any rush as they scheduled the second showing 48 hrs after they went to the open house. Their agent said they are planning on putting in an offer but it’s been 48 hrs.
At this point, do we reach out again? My agent thinks it’s going to be a low ball offer. Selling this house would be nice so we can pay off the mortgage at our second house (currently rented) and live there instead. We prefer the location there but we aren’t in a rush and don’t mind just waiting to sell again in the next few years as well.
Thoughts??
