Sharing Listing experience in Fall , Delisting and Listing back in Spring

I own a single-family home with TENANTS in the Cleveland Area that I am selling. When I listed my property two weeks ago, I received a flurry of showings (2 per day), but then the interest slowed down. I received comments like “the paint is too dark,” “the master bedroom is too small,” and “the backyard is too small” (the backyard is pretty decent at 10k Sqf in a neighborhood). Although the comments are truthful, they reveal a bit about the type of buyers the fall brings: seasoned buyers looking for a deal, who know that you will feel the pain of the mortgage after the tenants leave. I decided to delist the house and try in spring.
