I’m Selling a house and all conditions have been met. I gave buyer an extension and now he has a cosigner. Wording on new amendment says only that cosigner is being added to aps. Not explicitly mentioning that both will be on aps. Consignee’s address is not present. No mention of liability either individually or jointly. Is this normal?
